Baltimore, July 17, 2023 – Mid Atlantic Arts has announced grantees for its 2023-2024 Mid Atlantic Tours program. Mid Atlantic Tours provides presenters in the mid-Atlantic region with subsidies to book roster artists for performances and other community engagement activities. The grants will provide $244,940 to support 55 engagements. The following artists were included on the 2023-2024 Roster:

Calpulli Mexican Dance Company highlights Mexican and Mexican-American heritage through dance and storytelling. They will be presented by:

DuPont Brass is a unique, soulful, 10-piece brass ensemble hailing from the D.C. Metropolitan area. They will be presented by:

From China to Appalachia combines roots music from Appalachia to China and beyond, featuring Grammy-winning Cathy Fink and Marcy Marxer with Chinese hammered dulcimer player Chao Tian. From China to Appalachia will be presented by:

The Legendary Ingramettes are an all-women gospel group and 2022 recipient of the prestigious National Endowment for the Arts National Heritage Fellowship. They will be presented by:

Martha Redbone is a Native and African American blues, folk and gospel vocalist, and songwriter originally from Harlan County, Kentucky. She will be presented by:
