Want to be in our searchable database?

We want to include you in our online database of practicing Community Artists and Host Sites for Artist Residencies. The database also includes Jazz and Traditional Artists. Return your forms to the Foundation and we will post your information in our database. The database is open to all as an information resource and does not constitute an endorsement from the Foundation.


Traditional Artists should fill out the Folk Arts form to provide information on disciplines practiced and focus areas.
