Baltimore, MD -
July 30, 2008 - Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation announces the release of guidelines for the 2009-2010 cycle of Artists & Communities, a program that offers support for long-term residencies developed collaboratively by visiting artists with host nonprofit organizations to conduct community-based creative projects.
