French-American Jazz Exchange Guidelines and Application Available

The French-American Jazz Exchange fosters the creative and professional development of jazz artists from France and the United States through support for the collaborative investigation of artistic practice and opportunities for exposure to new audiences and professional relationships. The application deadline is May 29, 2015 for projects taking place between September 1, 2015 and December 31, 2016.

On Screen/In Person tours new independent American films accompanied by their creators to communities across the mid-Atlantic region. Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation is currently accepting film submissions and applications from spaces interested in serving as host sites for the 2015-2016 tour.

MAAF is seeking qualified individuals to serve as Summer Arts Administration Interns. Gain practical knowledge by assisting with the individual artist awards and fellowship programs administered by the Foundation on behalf of the states of Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey. Paul Brohan Named Deputy Director
Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation announced today that Paul Brohan, formerly of the Clarice Smith Performing Arts Center at the University of Maryland, will join the Foundation as Deputy Director, Programs effective March 25, 2015. Mr. Brohan will be responsible for all aspects of Foundation programs, including development and management, research, evaluation, and budgeting.
