Final reports should be completed online using the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation’s eGRANT system at http://midatlanticarts.egrant.net.  Please read the provided information and instruction in the eGRANT system carefully.

Log in to the existing account used to submit the project application. You will need the ApplicationID generated from your application and also located on your Grant Award Agreement.  The Main Menu of your account will now show a Final Report along with your ArtsCONNECT application.  Click on the green “Edit” button for the Final Report to begin completing the report.
