State Fellowship Administration
The Foundation provides administrative services
for individual artist fellowship programs
for the states of Delaware, Maryland, and New
Jersey. Foundation staff
convene panels that review almost 1,000 applications
annually. The states participating in this
partnership award over $500,000 to
the fellowship winners.
Each state has a formalized application procedure and
eligibility requirements. For further information and
