Directions to the Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation

Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation is located at 201 N. Charles Street in downtown Baltimore, just a short walk from the Inner Harbor.

From South of Baltimore:

If you are driving on 95 North towards Baltimore, exit onto the 395/“Downtown” ramp. Stay to the left on the exit ramp until after the split (right hand lanes go to M.L.K. Boulevard), then get into the right hand lane to turn onto Conway Street at the bottom of the ramp. Turn left onto Charles Street. As you cross Lexington Street, you will see our building on your right (Bank of America on the corner). Immediately after our building, on the left there is an underground-parking garage (ramp goes down –Note: no vans, low ceilings). If this is full (or you are driving a van) turn next left on Saratoga Street and follow signs for parking.

From North of Baltimore:

Take 95 South towards Baltimore to 695 West. Follow 695 to I-83 South (Jones Falls Expressway, or JFX in local jargon). Proceed with the following directions from 83 below.

From I-83:

Follow I-83 South to the St. Paul Street exit. Merge onto St. Paul Street (one way going south) St. Paul Street splits around St. Paul’s Place, you can take any lane, the road joins up again almost immediately. Turn right on Fayette Street, right on Charles Street. As you cross Lexington Street (one block north), you will see our building on your right (Bank of America on the corner). Immediately after our building on your left there is an underground-parking garage (ramp goes down –Note: no vans, low ceilings). If this is full (or you are driving a van) turn next left on Saratoga Street and follow signs for parking.

From BWI Airport:

Follow the airport exit to route 195. Stay on 195 until you see an exit for Baltimore 295 North (which will also be Baltimore-Washington Parkway). Take 295 directly into Baltimore City (you will pass two stadiums). Make a right turn on Pratt Street (look for Maish Auto Repair Shop on the corner). Get in the left lane then make a left on to Charles Street. As you cross Lexington Street, you will see our building on your right (Bank of America on the corner). Immediately after our building on your left there is an underground-parking garage (ramp goes down –Note: no vans, low ceilings). If this is full (or you are driving a van) turn next left on Saratoga Street and follow signs for parking

By Train:

Amtrak and Marc trains arrive at Penn Station in Baltimore. The Foundation’s offices are a five-minute cab ride from the station.
